Irish actor Cillian Murphy, has been nominated for a UK TV Choice Award at this years ceremony.
The 40-year-old is nominated in the Best Actor category for his role as Tommy Shelby in hit BBC series, Peaky Blinders.
The show appears to have won over audiences in the UK, as the crime drama is also up for Best Drama Series.
Cillian has been busy in his acting career lately, as another two series of Peaky Blinders have been commissioned.
The talented actor is also working on two different WWII flicks at the moment.
One is Dunkirk, where Cillian is appearing alongside One Direction’s Harry Styles and his Peaky Blinders co-star, Tom Hardy. The other movie is Anthropoid, which co-stars Jamie Dornan, and is set to be released this summer.
The TV Choice Awards will take place on September 5th in London, but public voting begins on July 8th.
