It’s not everyday you see a supermodel pulling pints in an Irish pub.
But Jodie Kidd did just that in Goldberg’s Bar on Tuesday night, much to the delight of the local punters. As crowds waited at the Cork bar to be served after the Live at the Marquee gig, the model and tv personality got into the spirit of things by jumping behind the bar to give staff a hand pulling pints.
Jodie was in Cork to attend a gig in the Marquee by Noel Gallagher’s band, high Flying Birds, and by all means seemed to have had great craic dishing out pints of Guinness to the surprised customers.
And the staff of Goldberg’s were also thrilled, jokingly telling VIP: “Who says you can’t get the staff these days”
They added: “Kidd looked like she was having fun as she pulled pints for the customers and didn’t look in the least bit stressed.”
Jodi is the latest celebrity to join in on the Irish fun by calling in for a drink while visiting here.
Scrubs star John C. McGinley stopped by Dublin’s Dakota Bar in May to pull himself a pint of Guinness, while Hollywood actor Russell Crowe stopped by Kealy’s Pub at Dublin Airport for a few jars while over here.
