Caroline Morahan has shared the first glimpse of her newborn daughter following her arrival last month.
The presenter and her partner Daithi O’Caoimh welcomed baby Ava to the world in the middle of January but kept the news to themselves for a short time, as they enjoyed their newborn delight in private.
The happy couple, who are also parents to little Rowan, couldn’t be happier with how they’re settling into life as a family of four.
Sharing a beautiful snap of baby Ava, new mum Caroline beamed, “This picture was taken 3 weeks ago when this little peach arrived and we all fell in love.
“Ava Penelope has brought so much joy (and extra laundry) into our lives. We can’t wait for our family and friends to get to cuddle her for real.”
Friends including Lucy Kennedy, Maura Derrane and Lisa Cannon were quick to share their well-wishes with Caroline and her family.
Actress Victoria Smurfit described the little one as a “heavenly beauty” while presenter Laura Woods said, “Welcome baby Ava-she’s a beauty like her Mama. Congrats to you all.”
