The Late Late Show will have a distinctively Hollywood feel tomorrow night, with A-listers Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell joining host Ryan Tubridy.
The Daddy’s Home co-stars, who were in Dublin for the Irish premiere of the comedy on Monday, took part in a pre-recorded interview on Tuesday morning in front of a live studio audience.
Their slot is expected to be great entertainment, with the stars chatting about their Irish roots, Mark’s dinner with golf maestro Rory McIlroy and how they went “on the piss” with a group of Irish dads, who won a competition to go for drinks with the actors.
However, Ted star Mark joked that the men were hoping for another famous faces to join the party. Speaking to Ryan, he said: “There were posters of me and Will on the wall and this guy was like: ‘Is Brad Pitt coming?’”
“They didn’t want to go to the movie, they just wanted to get pissed! They were like: ‘we can see it when it comes out, we can buy a proper ticket!’”
The full line-up for the star-studded show will be revealed at a later time.
Tune into The Late Late Show tomorrow on RTÉ One at 9.35pm.
