Britney Spears has made a rare comment about her brief romance with our very own Colin Farrell.
The pair dated after Britney’s very public split from Justin Timberlake back in the early 2000s.
Taking to Instagram, the singer shared a video of herself wearing lingerie with the caption: “Last time I wore an actual nightgown out was a La Perla nightgown at a premiere with Colin Farrell…
“I wonder why conservatorship had me wear three layers of tights for 20 years hmmm,” she added.
Britney previously claimed that she visited Colin on set of the 2003 action-thriller S.W.A.T before they began a “two-week brawl”.
“Brawl is the only word for it — we were all over each other, grappling so passionately it was like we were in a street fight,” she previously wrote, in a passage of her memoir The Woman In Me.
Britney also shared how they first met, revealing in her memoir that it was through a “club promoter friend.”
However, at the premiere of The Recruit, Colin told reporters that he and Britney were “not dating”.
“She’s a sweet, sweet girl. There’s nothing going on — just mates,” he said.
Britney then later confirmed to W Magazine that their romance was “nothing serious”, adding: “Yes, I kissed him… He’s the cutest, hottest thing in the world — wooh!”
