Brian Kennedy has shared a positive update with his followers, as he nears the end of chemotherapy.
The singer, who was diagnosed with bowel cancer two years ago, underwent surgery in October to have a tumour removed before moving on to chemotherapy.
Now, with only a few sessions left, the 52-year-old has thanked the medical teams for all their help and kindness over the duration of his treatment.
“Chemo session 10 completed today. Hard to believe there’s only two left. I finish mid June,” he said.
“Just had a wee lie down,” he continued. “The nurses were their usual, brilliant selves. I feel so lucky to be able to attend St James’. Onwards and upwards!”
