Bob Dylan is set to play a gig at Dublin’s 3Arena next year.

The 75-year-old last played a gig in Ireland in 2014 in Cork’s Marquee, but this time he has chosen a bigger venue for his concert -much to fans’ delight!

The talented musician and writer was recently awarded the Nobel Prize in literature “for having created new poetic expressions within the great American song tradition”, but he has decided not to attend the award ceremony on Saturday in Sweden and he asked close friend Patti Smith to collect it on his behalf.

The iconic music legend will play in the 3Arena on May 11th next year – and it’s bound to be a sell out gig!

Tickets will go on sale from usual outlets on Wednesday, December 14th, at 9am.
