After more than a decade engaged, Baz Ashmawy has revealed he may finally be ready to walk down the aisle with his partner Tanja Evans.
The popular presenter, who got engaged back in 2015, has long kept quiet on any wedding plans.
But now, he’s letting slip that the couple are considering making it official within the next year.
Speaking to RSVP recently, Baz admitted that the idea of tying the knot is very much on their minds, though fans shouldn’t expect a lavish celebrity affair.

“Maybe we might. It’ll be very lowkey,” he noted.
“We’re 50, you know? If we did anything, it’ll be embarrassingly quiet, I’d say. But I very much want to, I have to say, it’s something that I’ve always been too busy for.
“But I think it’s on the cards soon. I would imagine in the next year or so.”
A big part of that shift comes down to family life. With his youngest children now teenagers, Baz says things have settled into a happy rhythm at home, making it easier to start thinking about a new chapter.

“It just feels like something I would like to do now, soon enough.
“It would be nice for the kids I think, they want it more than anyone.”
The candid comments come as Baz returns to our screens for a brand new season of The Money List on RTÉ, adding yet another project to his ever-growing list.
Yes, between hosting duties, writing, and filming, he’s certainly not slowing down anytime soon!
