Former Miss World Rosanna Davison’s debut cook book, Eat Yourself Beautiful launches tomorrow, and the 31-year-old was showing off her latest project at a book signing in Easons over the weekend.
The healthy eating page turner prides itself on Rosanna’s training and nutrition experience from working with clients. The model is not shy about her love for clean eating and has been following a strict vegan diet for years.
Speaking to the Irish Mail on Sunday, Rosanna said she began writing it last summer and gushed. “it’s going to be full of fresh, healthy, simple and delicious recipes.” Sounds good to us!
Rosanna believes your diet is the best beauty secret you can possess! “I just hope that people like it and they start to try and make the recipes in it. It’s more than just a cookbook though, the first chapter is all about my personal health story.”
“There’s sections on digestive health, your skin, your hair, your body, how to reduce bloating, how to overcome acne,” she explained.
“It’s really for people to read through the information, rather than just having a recipe book I want people to really see a change in their health.”
