Aoibhin Garrihy was forced to pull out of rehearsals for Dancing with the Stars earlier this week, after sustaining a back injury.
The actress, who has become a front runner on the show, was left “crippled” on Tuesday, after rigorous rehearsals for this week’s love-themed show.
Unfortunately, her injury meant she had to take a break from rehearsals, which means they’ll be practising up until the eleventh hour today.
“This week has definitely been the hardest. I’ve been struggling with an injury with my back and I’ve had to take a few days off from rehearsals.” she told the Irish Mirror.
“I couldn’t drive home from the rehearsal. It just needed a bit of time.”
“We’re doing the jive and it’s really energetic, there are a few drops and things like that so it’s not a case that I won’t be moving around a lot.
“It means we’ll be practising right into the weekend, where we’d normally be winding down by Friday and taking a bit of rest.”
We’ve no doubt Aoibhin and her partner Vitali Kozmin will pull it all together and put on another show stopping performance!
