To celebrate World Egg Day 2023, Bord Bia has teamed up with former Leinster and Ireland rugby player, Devin Toner, and author and entrepreneur, Aoibhín Garrihy, to encourage Irish consumers to ‘Crack On’ in the kitchen with Bord Bia Quality Assured eggs. Bord Bia has revealed that eggs are more popular than ever with Irish consumers, as total grocery in spend in Ireland in 2023 reached €172 million*, which equates to 619 million eggs purchased by consumers in Ireland.
