Anna Daly has opened up about her relationship with her Sunday AM co-star Ivan Yates, describing him as “deeply inappropriate”.
But the TV3 star, who also presents Saturday AM with Simon Delaney, says it’s all in good humour, adding that she finds the Newstalk hilarious to work with.
“Ivan is hilarious,” she told the Herald. “He’s deeply inappropriate and that keeps me on my toes. We have an excellent relationship and I’m quick to disagree if I feel he’s not being fair.”
The stunning tv star recently moved from her gig presenting Ireland AM to fronting the new weekend shows and she has admitted that she is pleasantly surprised with the successful ratings.
Saturday AM and Sunday AM have a combined reach of 139,000 which Anna said was “well above expectations”. “It’s doing particularly well for a slot that had no inheritance,” she told the Herald.
“We’re doing good and the ratings are well above target, so we’re chuffed.”
