Andrew Maxwell has been having a tough time in the jungle these days, and last night expressed his thoughts on leaving camp for good.
The Irish comedian has been a big hit with fans on this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here, and has undertaken several gruelling Bush Tucker Trials since the show began earlier this month.
But jungle life may be beginning to take it’s toll on the Ex On The Beach voiceover star, as he revealed to campmates Jacqueline Jossa and James Haskell that the thought of leaving the jungle had crossed his mind following a series of sleepless nights.
“I honestly thought that I was gonna walk out, but I haven’t, when you’re tired, you just say ‘have I done the right thing’.” the star revealed.
“I’m just a little bit overwhelmed right now. I’m so tired.”
Thankfully, Andrew’s fellow celebs were on hand to comfort him, with James and Jacqueline offering some words of wisdom on the situation.
“You’ve spent over two weeks away from your family, it’s a long time.” the Eastenders star quipped.
“You’d never leaver. You’re brilliant, you bring so much energy and laughter.”
Andrew crying just broke my heart 💔 but I’m glad to see him letting it out instead of bottling it up, showing emotion doesn’t make you less manly so don’t ever be ashamed of showing how you feel, that’s the tweet #ImACeleb #ImACelebrity
