Aisling O’Loughlin plans on leaving the small screen behind and embarking on a completely new career venture.
The seasoned presenter had been a host on Xpose for the past 10 years, but after the show received a complete re-vamp in August Aisling was told she would not be returning to the show.
Although there was talks of her getting other presenting gigs on TV3, she’s now decided to stop waiting around and focus on her own ambitions.
“Sometimes you can wait your lifetime for somebody else to accommodate you,” she told the Mail On Sunday.
“The lesson for me in this is that I will accommodate myself. You have to just adapt fast – media is a precarious beast and you don’t know what’s going to happen next.”
Today, the mum of three took to Instagram to announce that she will be launching her own lifestyle website on Friday – and she can’t wait for it to go live!
“Very excited to announce my brand new fashion, culture and lifestyle website exquisite.ie which goes live on Friday! So pleased @janeryanfashionillustration is on board with her exquisite line drawings. The aim is to celebrate individual style in all its glory, inclusive of age, race or creed. Exquisite.ie will be a space to relax and indulge in exquisite photography and insightful articles from a diverse range of writers and thinkers. We’ll be adding to @exquisite.ie as the week progresses if you’d like to stay in touch.”
