One of Adam’s virtual hugs has been launched into space in a Virgin Galactic space shuttle.
Virgin Galactic released a video in which you can see the virtual hug floating in the shuttle as it orbits the Earth.
The caption read, “There is nothing more uplifting than a hug from zero-gravity. Adam King, a 6-year-old boy from Ireland, flew a special heart-shaped message on our recent spaceflight.
“Adam, who loves space and dreams of becoming a CAPCOM in Mission Control, wanted to fly his virtual hug to space so that he could “wrap a hug around the world” and encourage people to connect with each other. He continues to inspire thousands around the world with his story and #AdamsVirtualHug movement.
“It was our honor to fly your message to space, Adam – it got quite the view!”
