This weekend will see Laura Whitmore take to the dance floor for her first official dance of the competition on BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing.
The Bray native has been hard at work preparing to bust a move this Saturday night, with the help of her dance partner Giovanni Pernice. In a video that was shared on the Strictly Come Dancing Twitter account, Laura can be seen strutting her stuff in a rehearsal, and doing a great job.
In the clip the former MTV presenter admits that Giovanni has been putting her through her paces, but she’s enjoying it.
“I mean he’s being tough on me, but I quite like it. I think I kind of want to impress as well so I’m trying as hard as I can,” she said.
