If you happened to be in Dublin hotspot the Liquor Rooms on Saturday night, congratulations – you were officially at the most showbiz Irish party all year.
U2 hosted the afterparty to their final gig in the city in the hip bar beneath the Clarence Hotel and a host of A-listers were in attendance to help them celebrate.
Hollywood actor Matt Damon attended the soirée with wife Luciana Barroso, along with Noel Gallagher and Hozier, who all partied until the wee hours.
Keith Duffy also attended the after-party with his wife Lisa, as well as Gavin Friday, Guggi, John Rocha, Gavin James and former U2 manager Paul McGuinness.
Their concerts in the 3Arena were attended by plenty of famous faces over the four days, including Kodaline’s Steve Garrigan, Amy Huberman and Brian O’Driscoll and Panti Bliss.
The band’s iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE tour will conclude with two gigs in Paris next week, after the dates were previously cancelled in the aftermath of the Isis attacks.
