Damo and Ivor are headed for the big screen after years of speculation.
The hit comedy show, which focuses on two very different Dubliners, both played by Andy Quirke, is being made into a feature length film which is being shot this summer.
Fans first set eyes on the hilarious duo in 2011 when they appeared in skits on the Republic of Telly, before getting their own tv show on RTE2, but now they’ll get to see even more!
The Damo and Ivor Facebook page made the exciting announcement, revealing, “DAMO AND IVOR THE MOVIE!!! Is being filmed this summer to go into every cinema across the country next year!
“It will be the biggest and best thing Damo and Ivor have ever done! With fan base so big will it break records for Irish cinema?”
