Baz Ashmawy has announced that his popular programme 50 Ways To Kill Your Mammy will not be returning to our tv screens.
The Sky 1 show saw Baz put his 74-year-old mum Nancy through her paces by involving her in a lot of dangerous situations and stunts. They ranged from bungee jumping to going behind bars at a maximum security prison.
Although Nancy is willing to continue with their adventures, Baz has said that it’s time for him to put his foot down. He actually fears now that something could go horribly wrong, and he wants to avoid that.
Speaking to the Irish Mirror he said, “I’m doing more tv shows but I’m not doing any more Mammy. She’s up for it but I just don’t want to kill her off for real.”
The 42-year-old is currently working on new projects both at home and abroad, and we can’t wait to see what he comes up with next.
“I’m back over with Sky and hopefully at home too. I’m freelance so I can work anywhere, it’s brilliant,” he said.
