2FM has been hit by several presenters leaving their shows this summer.
Doireann Garrihy, Jennifer Zamparelli and The 2 Johnnies all finished up with the station in May.
Their replacements were quickly announced – Aifric O’Connell joined Carl Mullan and Donncha O’Callaghan on the Breakfast Show, Laura Fox stepped in for Jen and Lottie Ryan and David O’Reilly were announced as the new Drivetime hosts.
But now rumours are swirling that another shakeup is coming.
According to The Irish Sun, Lottie Ryan is set to be replaced on the Drivetime slot in the coming weeks.
“Lottie was the face of the new 2FM summer schedule but she was really only covering Drivetime for a month,” a source told the publication.
They go on to say that Lottie is “devastated” by the whole thing.
The source also claims: “There is a perception it was just spin to distract from Doireann Garrihy and The 2 Johnnies walking away from 2FM.”
It is rumoured that TikTok lipsyncer Kayleigh Trappe will be joining RTÉ 2FM.
In fact, the publication claims that Kayleigh could step into the role this week.
Neither Lottie nor Kayleigh have responded to rumours.
