Nicola Hughes has opened up about her relationship with Alex Mytton following the shocking cheating scandal earlier this year, revealing that the pair are actually on quite good terms regardless of what has happened.
The Dubliner was in a relationship with the Made in Chelsea star, when he cheated on her with co-star Olivia Bentley.
After two years of being together, Alex then broke up with Nicola via text, and despite initially being furious with him, branding him “gross, a vile human,” has since come to terms to what has happened, and moved on from it.
Speaking to OK! Magazine, Nicola said, “Myself and Alex are actually quite good
“Obviously, originally the break up was quite messy but it’s now four months later and we’ve come to terms with things together. We’ll never be in a relationship again but we can be civil.
“When Alex broke up wih me and cheated and what not he then came back to me.
“So for me, that was kind of all I wanted because it was quite a shock when he broke up with me. So for him to then come back, it was just a nice feeling, I guess?!”
Meanwhile, VIP Magazine exclusively learned recently that Nicola wouldn’t be returning to Made in Chelsea, however despite her departure, has since admitted that she doesn’t have any hard feelings towards the people involved.
“Oh yeah, I’ll always support Made in Chelsea. I’ve been on the show for the last two years, it’s what brought me to the UK so I’ll always love them,” she said.
