Jedward entered the CBB 2017 house as late arrivals last night, and they got off to an embarrassing start as they were heavily booed by the crowd and fell off the stage as they made their entrance!
John and Edward Grimes were previously on the reality show in 2011, and six years on they’re back to cause more mayhem. Some of the celebrity contestants they’ve joined in the house include Bianca Gascoigne, Heidi and Spencer Pratt, Calum Best, Ray J and Coleen Nolan.
The Lucan twins made their highly anticipated entrance on Friday night, but it didn’t go as well as expected! When they were greeted by CBB host Emma Willis, John fell off the stage and was booed in the process.
As the twins continued their walk towards the Big Brother House, they received only a few cheers and were booed by the majority of the crowd, with some people chanting “who are ya?”
Viewers at home were not impressed with the reception the boys received and were quick to take to Twitter to criticise the crowd.
One fan wrote, “The boos were unnecessary #cbb Jedward are cool.”
Another said, “Walk out at #cbb2017 and guy in the crowd says “who are ya?” over and over. You’re in the crowd, in the rain, at Big Brother. Who are YOU?”
Another devoted fan wrote, “To the people standing there booing Jedward- you spent hours queueing so you could stand in the rain & boo someone you don’t know? Well done.”
We’ve no doubt Jedward’s antics will have everyone glued to their screens!
