Elaine Crowley has been sent x-rated pics in the past, but the TV3 star has exclusively revealed to VIP that she receives a constant flow of weird and wacky requests from her fans.
The tv starlet has taken the recent interest with a pinch of salt, but admitted this sort of attention has been happening non-stop – and it’s more than graphic photos.
“Maybe this attention is because I look like a certain type of woman, or maybe it’s because I’m on telly” she admitted. “Even before the age of digital media, I was getting letters and photographs and I still do. There are those people who are having a few drinks on a Saturday night and decide to send you a picture of their junk! My fans seem to be young and saucy.” she giggled.
The 38-year-old also receives suggestive letters from Irish Mammies: “Sometimes Mammies put their sons up – they think I’ll make a good wife.”
But Elaine believes too many Irish men are living at home. “These sons are 30 and need to move out of home-it’s sort of like a failure to launch, they need to grow up and move out.”
