Alison Canavan had a star-studded bash last night in House, Dublin to celebrate the launch of her new book, Minding Mum: it’s Time to Take Care of You.
A whole host of stars came out in force to support Alison, including U2 star, Adam Clayton. The pair have become close over recent years while working together on a number of projects and was only too happy to show his face at the launch.
Other stars who were at the bash include Aoibhin Garrihy, Aoibhinn McGinnity, Ruth O’Neill, Lisa Duffy, Gail Kaneswaran and Emily McKeogh.
The book serves as a guide to show new mums how to look after themselves, while dealing with motherhood.
Alison shares some insights on mindfulness, nutrition, post-natal depression as well as giving beauty and well-being tips.
Minding Mum: It’s Time to Take Care of You hits shelves on March 4 and costs €16.99.
