Miriam O’Callaghan had to leave the IFTAs early to attend her daughter’s hen party last night.
The current affairs journalist looked stunning in a floor-length, figure-hugging white dress as she attended the star studded event, but she had to make a swift exit just a few hours into the ceremony.
Miriam’s daughter, Alannah, is set to tie the knot to her longtime love Fiachra Breathnach in the coming weeks and last night she celebrated one of her final nights as a single lady in a Dublin restaurant.
Shortly after presenting an award, Miriam headed off into the night to spend the evening with her daughter at her hen do.
“But actually tonight is my daughter’s hen,” she told Goss.ie. “So once I present my award, I will fly away to her hen which is in a restaurant in Dublin. And I’m not telling you which one!”
