Kathryn Thomas has spoken about her successful career as a presenter and broadcaster, which she has been enjoying for 20 years.
In an exclusive interview with VIP, the bride-to-be reveals the secrets to her successful and glittering career.
“It’s a lot of hard work, and connecting with the Irish audience, and also the shows you work on. It’s also about having good people to advise you,” she tells us.
“I’ve worked with two great agents- Joanne Byrne, who I worked with for years, and who I owe so much to, and now Noel Kelly. They help to take you on the right journey.”
The 38-year-old also admitted how important it is to her to stay humble.
“I hope there is no diva to me! When people say that, I get embarrassed and always say there is no room for diva behaviour in this country!”
The presenter is not special. You’re just a link in the chain of many talented and hard-working behind-the-scenes people. The presenter gets all the credit when really they shouldn’t.”
