Rosie Connolly has spilled the beans on baby number two, revealing that while their little girl was planned, she didn’t expect to fall pregnant as quickly as she did.
The top blogger tied the knot with Paul Quinn earlier this summer, during a lavish ceremony surrounded by family and friends.
Following their wedding, the couple who already have a three-year-old son named Harry, decided they wanted to expand their brood.
A few weeks later, the newlyweds discovered they were expecting a daughter.
“I’m not half as nervous this time around,” she told VIP Magazine.
“With Harry, it took me a few months to digest, but we planned this baby and it happened really quickly which is great.
“I know I can do the whole mom thing. I think I’ll be okay. I feel much more prepared and I know what to expect,” she added.
Rosie’s son Harry is thrilled about the idea of becoming a big brother, and can’t wait for the tot to arrive.
“He seems to be really into the whole baby thing. We’ve been showing him baby clothes and he wants to help change the nappies,” she laughs.
“So far he’s taken to it really well, but it might be different when the baby comes. I think if we involve him more prepared he’ll be.”
She went on to say, “Harry has been our only focus for, almost four years. I already have a bit of mom guilt, like, ‘oh my god I hope he doesn’t feel left out when this baby comes’ but I’m sure it’ll all figure itself out.”
Their little girl is due March 8th.
