Una Healy has spoken out for the first time since her split from husband Ben Foden.
The Tipperary woman, who has two kids with the rugby player, has broken her silence since cheating rumours emerged back in July.
“My life has been turned upside down and I’m trying to figure it out,” the singer told Hello Magazine.
“I’m taking each day as it comes and just being there for my children.”
The former Saturdays singer, who made a big change to her look just weeks after the split, revealed what she’s been doing to keep life as normal as ever.
“I’ve had the same colour hair forever and just fancied a change,” the beauty admitted.
“Now I can’t wait to get back in the recording studio. Writing is a passion and when things happen in my life, I write a lot. It’s a form of therapy.”
Una and her two young kids, Aoife Belle and Tadgh have been living with the star’s parents in Thurles since the split, while Ben has made the move Stateside to join a New York rugby club.
