Liam Payne has just released his hotly anticipated debut solo single, Strip That Down, but fans are furious as he slams One Direction during the track.
The group went their separate ways in 2016, and have each since released their own solo singles.
After claiming that Harry Styles new music is “not something he’d listen to”, it seems new dad Liam is throwing even more shade at his ex band mates with this new song.
The track, Strip That Down, released today, features the lyrics “I used to be in 1D now I’m free.”
He continues, “People want me for one thing, thats not me, I’m not changing that way that I used to be.”
Fans are livid with Liam, and took to social media to vent their frustrations.
