John and Edward Grimes, better known to you and me as Jedward, are planning the their Eurovision comeback but don’t want to represent Ireland.

This time around, the duo plan to sing for the UK, where apparently they have a bigger support group.

The two rose to fame on the X Factor, and believe their UK fans would rally behind the Irish twins.

Speaking to the Irish Sun, John said, “We know we are already popular in Eurovision and will have support across Britain to represent the UK because of the fan base we got in the X Factor.”

Edward then added, “We’re definitely up for it. We see this as the most fantastic opportunity, but this time, we’re in it to win it!”

The pair have previously represented Ireland twice during the Eurovision both in 2011 and 2012, but failed to make the top three. The duo hope their luck will change this year.
