Game Of Thrones star Aidan Gillen headed to Mullingar this weekend, enjoying a day out at 2023’s Fleadh Cheoil.

The actor turned out to support his friends in the band Cronin, ahead of their gigs in the Greville Arms Hotel and Annebrook House Hotel last night.

Sharing a snap with the star, drummer Michael Cronin wrote: “Good to see our good mate #aidangillen down @fleadhcheoil @mullingarfleadh2023 before our gigs today.”

The Annebrook House Hotel also shared some photos of the Love/Hate star enjoying himself at the festival.

Writing: “Delighted to have Game of Thrones and Love Hate star Aidan Gillen with us today at The Annebrook!”

But it wasn’t just a day out for Aidan, as the actor is reportedly there filming a new movie.

The film, Trad, chronicles a group of children who travel Ireland, playing traditional music. He was spotted working on the film in Donegal last month.
