Sorry ladies – Colin Farrell is going celibate.
The Lobster star recently visited a Buddhist temple where he learned the value of a ‘sex fast’ to prepare for a spiritual journey he is embarking on, apparently.
The former ladies man, who has been single for six years now, will remain celibate as he goes on this journey, according to the US OK magazine.
“Some men Colin met at a Buddhist temple raved about the clarity that came from sex fasts,” a source said.
Colin previously battled with alcohol and drug addictions but has turned his life around for his two sons, James and Henry. “Colin got sober for his boys, now he says chanting and meditating are his new high.”
A source close to the Irish heart throb has revealed that Colin has really changed his ways, even giving up cigarettes. “He’s even quit smoking. But the most shocking element of his transformation is that he’s gone celibate.”
The Dublin native also recently admitted that when he’s home in Dublin he likes to go on drives in the middle of the night to clear his mind.
The star has been busy promoting his latest film The Lobster, which co-stars Rachel Weisz, and he is set to star in the Harry Potter prequel, ‘Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them’.
