A top celebrity hairstylist had revealed the must-have hairstyle for the festive season.
With Christmas party season already beginning and New Year’s Eve not long away, gals are already planning their party looks.
However, the perfect outfit is not complete without party-ready hair too.
Shane O’Sullivan is the founder of Easilocks and has worked with stars like Margot Robbie and Rita Ora.
Speaking exclusively to VIP, he revealed that the more laid-back look has taken over from the overly-done ‘do.
“I think people are keeping their hair down, loose, more casual, yet still polished type of effect,”
“Rather than prim and proper overly styled hair, there are no updo’s or anything too fussy this season,” he said.
He explained that women no longer want the overly hair-sprayed, perfectly-in-place look, but that doesn’t mean we want it messy.
“People want undone hair, that still looks really really good,” he explained.
The festive season is all about having fun, this means fixing your hair every 20-minutes is not an option.
“Hair that’s dance-floor friendly is what people want,” Shane adds.
“People are having a great time around the festive season so people don’t want to worry about it and have to run to the bathroom to fix it up.
“That more lived-in hair is definitely in vogue at the moment.”
