Budge-proof! The make-up that will stay in place ALL day

We all dream of make-up that’s going to stay in place all day long, and that yearning is set to become a reality with our latest finds.

Tried and tested, these beauty products will keep you looking fresh from dusk ‘till dawn. There won’t be a lash out of place, lipstick will stay put for hours on end and foundation top-ups will officially be a thing of the past.

Sounds too good to be true? We thought so as well, until we stumbled upon these beauty must-haves. 

Foundation

After spending time doing your make-up in the morning, you expect your foundation to stay in place for the day, but sadly that’s not always the case. Sometimes we find that come 5pm, our face needs a little top-up however one foundation that won’t budge or wear off throughout the day is Bare Mineral’s Bare Pro Liquid Foundation. Once applied, it’s not going to move. Swear.

Lip

We here in VIP Towers are swooning over Maybelline’s SuperStay Matte Ink. This liquid lipstick is super long-lasting, non-drying and highly pigmented. When we say this lipstick doesn’t move at all, please believe us. Members of the team have had this lipstick on from 7am-7pm, and even then it still doesn’t come off with ease – you can  shower and this baby won’t budge, just FYI.

Mascara

Not only does Essence’s Instant Volume Boost mascara give the illusion of false lashes, but it also keeps your peepers looking bright-eyed all day. No need to fear about tiny clumps falling down throughout the day onto your skin, as that won’t be a problem with this mascara. It’s an all-round winner!

Eyeliner

Whether you’re in work or heading on a night out with your friends, the last thing you want is eyeliner that will smudge or melt away within a couple of hours.
