Aoibhinn McGinnity was spotted cosying up to Red Rock star Adam Weafer last weekend, but the actress has revealed to VIP that there’s nothing going on between the pair.
The duo attended the official after-party for the Peter Mark VIP Style Awards in Copper Face Jacks last Friday night, and she says she had “a fab night.”
The Love/Hate star and Adam, who reportedly previously had a short-lived romance, were spotted dancing and kissing at the bash, but according to Aoibhinn, it was simply a bit of fun.
Speaking exclusively to VIP Magazine at the opening night of Chicago in the Bord Gais Energy Theatre, Aoibhinn told us: “Adam’s lovely. He’s a friend but we’re not a couple.
“We went out and we went to Coppers. Everyone was there. Everyone knows it was just a great night. That’s just it, there’s nothing else.
“I brought my friend, my very best friend from childhood. It was a fab night.”
