Aisling O’Loughlin has admitted that she’s not ready to re-enter the dating world just yet, and has been “cured” of romance.
The former Xpose presenter split from her partner of seven years Nick MacInnes in January, and admits that she’s not ready to begin dating again anytime soon.
Speaking to the Herald Aisling said, “Oh God no, I haven’t started dating again. I’m cured of romance. I have enough to be doing.”
The former couple are parents to 5-year-old Patrick, 3-year-old Louis and 9-month-old Joseph, and the children are their main priority as they learn to live with their new situation. Although it’s an adjustment, Aisling previously revealed to the Herald that they were coping well.
“We’re both very invested in the kids, It’s probably better now to tell you the truth. I think we’re all happier. We have such structure.
“Nic is here every day. It’s not like he bolted, thank God. I would have come after him. We have had a nice break-up,” she said.
