Wrap up warm! Eight coats we’re lusting after this winter

We want nothing more than to wrap up warm and cosy on these dull dreary days, and now, there are more options than ever when it comes to coats and jackets. From blazers and robes to biker jackets and teddy coats, there’s something for everyone.

Here are some of our favourites:

The Teddy Coat

A staple of A/W closets last year, the teddy coat is back and cosier than ever. These oversized coats come in a variety of shades, but if you’re after an investment piece that will see you through a few years, we’d recommend a neutral shade.

This beautiful double-breasted cream coat from Mango ticks all the right boxes. Grab it here.

The Biker Jacket

A firm favourite over the years, the classic biker jacket is more popular than ever. This style of jacket can be worn with almost anything, from jeans and a crisp white tee, to a bright and bold floral guna.

The Cape

Though it may be hard to understand why exactly a sleeveless coat is a valid choice for chillier days, these pieces look particularly chic when paired with a cosy turtleneck or knit, perfect for a festive night out.

This camel cape from River Island features a luxe faux-fur collar and belt detail, guaranteed to add some glamour to your winter wardrobe!

The Robe Coat

A closet staple for working women everywhere, the robe coat is workwear done right. Timeless and on-trend, these coats can be thrown over any look and instantly elevate even the most basic of outfits.

The Blazer

The best thing about blazer jackets, is no doubt, their innate versatility. Dressed up, they work with trousers and kitten heels, dressed down, the blazer adds polish to blue jeans, a graphic tee and trainers.

The Puffer Jacket

What could be cosier than a puffer? These jackets, often lined with fleece or padding, will keep you snug as a bug when it’s baltic out.
