To celebrate the launch of the Masterclass Series at Cliff Academy, they’ve teamed up with VIP Magazine to give away a fabulous dinner for two with wine at The Orangery at the amazing Cliff at Lyons, Kildare.
The Orangery is a botanical restaurant. The heart and soul of each dish is a celebration of the vegetable, most nurtured in the gardens of Cliff at Lyons. Herbs bloom alongside the Orangery’s gleaming glass panels; mushrooms, nuts, berries, flowers and more, are gathered from the meadows, hedgerows and waterways that meander through the estate.
Cliff at Lyons will present the Cliff Cookery Workshops throughout 2017, which will be hosted by some of the leading culinary creators and independent food producers working in Ireland today. The theme of each cooking event will be around seasonal produce and classes will be intimate in size to allow for detailed and individual attention.
The Cookery Workshops range from €60 to €150 per person and there is also a reduced residential package available at Cliff at Lyons for an additional €170 B&B in a Lilypond Room for two people on the evening of the cooking event. For more information check www.cliffatlyons.ie.
