Despite apparently moving on with her love life and dating a new man, Game of Thrones star Richard Madden, it seems Laura Whitmore and her ex boyfriend Rory Williams are still close and on good terms.
The presenter broke up with the Sunset Sons rocker last month, but the pair have remained amicable ever since.
Laura has been showing her support for the musician online as it was announced his band will be playing in Dublin next week.
The presenter has been sharing information about his upcoming Irish tour dates on her Twitter page, so who knows, maybe they’ll meet up on these shores when he’s over.
Meanwhile, the top presenter has revealed how she keeps in tip top shape – admitting that it’s all down to balance in her diet.
The Wicklow native explained that she doesn’t deprive herself of anything, but now knows more about making choices and not over indulging.
Speaking to Daily Star’s TV Extra magazine, she said, “It’s all about balance for me. I would never completely deny myself of something.
“I don’t believe in starvation because food is too nice. Sometimes I use a fitness app and think to myself, ‘I either have a glass of wine or a bar of chocolate.’”
The star also revealed that she has no interest in getting cosmetic surgery any time soon.
“I don’t have anything against having surgery, but it’s not for me,” she said.
