Despite getting off to a flying start on Celebrity Operation Transformation, losing a great 8.5 pounds within her first two weeks, Katherine Lynch has admitted that the show has been a huge reality check for her.
Katherine is starring alongside Gerald Kean, Elaine Crowley, Karl Spain and Brenda Donohue as they work on bettering their health.
In a snippet from tonight’s show, the comedian can be seen looking back on her journey so far, and reels at what she saw.
“The size of me,” she exasperates, looking at herself getting into a pool.
She says, “It was a big reality check. I don’t know if the camera is making me look bigger than I actually am. I’m not jumping around going, ‘Wow, here we are!’
“It’s like, ‘Great, 8.5 pounds…’ The fact that I had to lose that was wrong. Why did I get myself in this position? I think I’m going to have a hard week.”
