Westlife have announced a change to their upcoming album release, revealing that 25 – The Ultimate Collection will now arrive later than originally planned.
Taking to Instagram, the band shared an update with fans, confirming that due to “some unavoidable scheduling changes,” the release of the highly anticipated record has been moved to 8 May 2026.
However, they reassured fans that all existing pre-orders will remain valid.
The album was originally set to land on 13 February, just a few weeks away.

The new album forms a central part of Westlife’s 25th anniversary celebrations, marking a milestone in the band’s record-breaking career.
It includes 21 fan favourites, such as Flying Without Wings, Uptown Girl and You Raise Me Up, alongside brand-new material recorded by all four members: Shane Filan, Nicky Byrne, Kian Egan and Mark Feehily.
The announcement comes amid a busy period for the band, who are preparing for a landmark 10-night residency at Dublin’s 3Arena later this year.
These shows will bring Westlife’s total performances at the venue to an unprecedented 79, a record unmatched by any other artist.

Previously speaking on Today FM, Shane teased that these shows will be like nothing we’ve ever seen.
“Visually it’s going to be very spectacular. The show is going to be on a different level altogether visually. Screens wise; it’s larger-than-life kind of stuff, but it’s going to be spectacular,” he enthused.
Following their Ireland dates, the lads are set to embark on a world tour from September 2026, with shows planned across the UK and Europe, marking their first headline continental run in two decades.
Thanking fans for their continued support, Westlife said they can’t wait to share the “very special” album soon, even if it means waiting just a little bit longer.
