
It was a night of glitz and excitement as plenty of familiar faces stepped out for the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre’s 2026 season launch this week.
The exclusive event took place at The Terrace Club, where General Manager Stephen Faloon and Head of PR, Marketing & Digital Claire Whelan unveiled an incredible line-up of shows set to take over the iconic Dublin venue next year.
The upcoming season features nine newly announced productions, with tickets going on sale from Friday, 14 November at 9am.
Highlights include the Irish premieres of Mrs. Doubtfire, Mean Girls and The Ballad of Johnny and June, alongside audience favourites like Legally Blonde, The Talented Mr. Ripley, Fawlty Towers, and The Last Laugh.
Dance fans can also look forward to Swan Lake by Chile’s Ballet de Santiago and the return of the iconic Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo.
These new productions join an already star-studded 2026 line-up featuring Miss Saigon, Matilda the Musical, Waitress, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, and many more.
With so much on offer, it’s shaping up to be a spectacular year at the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre.
