Rory McIlroy has been dating Erica Stoll for just over one year, but according to reports, believes she is the one.
Insiders have revealed that the golfer is head over heels for Erica, and could be walking down the aisle with her very soon.
A close friend told the Sunday Independent, “Don’t be surprised if you hear he pops the question. It’s going very, very well.
“She’s a really, really nice girl. Very nice and down to earth, and the one thing everyone is saying is how good she is for Rory.
“I wouldn’t be surprised if they do tie the knot. You know the saying, ‘when you know, you know’? I think Rory is there now.
“You just needed to see the way he looked at her. He’s head over heels for her.”
The source also revealed that Erica has made a great impression on his family, and they can’t get enough of her.
“She’s met his family. His parents are very fond of her. She gels well with everyone. You’d be hard pressed to find a better match.”
