Jamie Dornan is back on our screens tonight with a new drama called Death and Nightingales.
The actor stars alongside Ann Skelly and Charlene McKenna in this tale of love, betrayal, deception, and revenge set in the Irish countryside in 1880s.
The three-part story based on Eugene McCabe’s novel begins tonight on RTE One at 9.35pm.

The story is set out 24 hours and follows Beth (Ann Skelly) on her 25th birthday when she decides to join Liam (played by Jamie Dornan) and runaway from her life in Fermanagh.
