We spoke to hair stylist from the stunning shoot, Shannon Mulligan from Brown Sugar beauty salon in Blackrock to pick up some tips on how to recreate Anna’s locks.
“I prepped Anna’s hair using L’Oreal Professional Paris TECNI.ART Constructor,” says Shannon.
“I used this product to give grit and heat protection to Anna’s hair as her hair was really soft and I wanted to be sure it would hold. I used a large GHD, and spraying every section with the constructor I created a bend from her root through to the mid-band, leaving the ends straight to create a really soft boho look.
“I left the curls to set for two minutes before brushing them through with a soft bristle brush and running my fingers through it to get an undone finish. To complete the look I used L’Oreal Professional Paris TECNI.ART Super Dust.
“Anna’s fringe is parted quite far over so by using this product it allows me to give a hold that wouldn’t budge. I finished with L’Oreal Professional Paris Wild Stylers Savage Panache hairspray, adding texture throughout the ends.”
