Vogue Williams has shared an encouraging message on body positivity, and how she stays happy and healthy after the birth of her first child, Theodore.
The beauty, who’s brand new reality show with husband Spencer Matthews begins tonight on E4, took to social media to post a shot of herself on the beach, and giving her followers some stellar advice on keeping happy and positive – and why you should kick the fad diets!
“It’s January so I know lots of people will be starting at the gym,” the new mum shared on Instagram.
“Firstly the fact you’ve even started is unreal, don’t feel intimidated in there. Go to classes, get the odd PT and you’ll be flying in no time. I honestly love the gym now, it’s great for my body but even better for my mind.
“Women are hard on themselves, I’m hard on myself too but I’m happy with my body now. It made a baby, that’s what impresses me most. I get asked a lot about what I do to stay in shape. I’m consistent in the gym and I eat healthy ISH.
“I never say no to things I want but eat them in moderation. Please don’t fall for those ridiculous flat tummy shakes or diet suppressants. If you want to tone up and lose weight, move more and eat healthily . It’s a slower process than a full on diet but the results show and last longer.”
Vogue received a huge response to the open and honest post, with fans praising her for not putting too much pressure on herself to get back to her pre-baby body.
“Love the message and you look stunning!” one follower commented, while another added “Great post for new mums! You look amazing from putting the time in for exercise and being healthy.. which isn’t always easy with a baby”
How great does Vogue look!?
