Vogue Williams has opened up about life as a single woman, following her highly-publicised split from Brian McFadden in 2015.
The season presenter, who split from the Westlife star after three years of marriage, has admitted she’s happy she stayed single after the break-up, as she had rushed into serious relationships in the past.
After she parted ways from Brian she didn’t date for over a year – and she believes this was one of her better decisions.
“I really did it all backwards, didn’t I? I look back now and I think that maybe after my first big relationship – I was with someone for almost six years – maybe I should have just taken a step back, been on my own for a while and gotten to know myself again, but I didn’t do that.” she told the Irish Mirror.
“This time around I definitely took a lot of time to do that because I thought I needed it – and I’m really glad I did.
“I think you need to be 100% happy with yourself before you can let anyone else add to that happiness.”
However, it seems that Vogue might have put her life single life on hold for the moment, as she has been romantically linked to renowned lothario Spencer Matthews.
The Irish beauty and Made in Chelsea star hit it off while filming The Jump together earlier this year, and their close friendship resulted in much speculation that their relationship was no longer just platonic.
Spencer sent the rumour mill into overdrive last week when he shared a snap of himself kissing a mystery woman, who has a very similar look to Vogue.
Although Vogue has yet to officially confirm the new romance, the couple recently spent a very cosy holiday together in Disneyland – which caused even further speculation about their relationship.
Earlier this month, Vogue admitted that there might be some truth to the romance rumours.
“Maybe a little bit of truth in the matter. You weren’t expecting that answer! We were really close friends, we’re just really close, really close friends and yeah, we’ve been getting on very well,” she said on Lorraine.
