Following the news that she was embarking on a solo career after her success with The Saturdays, Una Healy has finally released her first solo album.
The Tipperary native, who recently signed with Decca Records, has been performing with country music duo, Ward Thomas throughout their UK gigs this month, but now she’s trying to make a mark on her own with her debut album, Waiting Game.
The former Voice judge has been working on her solo album for the past two years and took to Instagram yesterday to share news of it’s release with fans.
“Over the past two years I’ve been writing and recording my debut solo album and I’m excited to finally share it with everyone.” she wrote.
“I have literally been playing the waiting game! The songs are all written from the heart and I hope people can relate to them. The sound of the album is very true to my roots and is a return to the music I’ve always loved. Like to pre-order #thewaitinggame in bio!”
We can’t wait to get our hands on a copy of her album!
