Taylor Swift mania recently took over Ireland as the US star played three sold out shows in Dublin’s Aviva Stadium. Her boyfriend, NFL player Travis Kelce joined her here, and grew particularly fond of the country!
While he was recently spotted wearing an Irish rugby jersey while filming New Heights, a podcast which he co-hosts with his brother Jason, that’s not the only souvenir Travis kept from his time in Dublin.
The Chiefs player was recently out with Taylor and some of their pals, and the sports star can be seen grinning widely with a Garda cap on his head.
Taylor’s sold out shows in the Aviva were attended by a number of Hollywood A-Listers, including Julia Roberts and Stevie Nicks.
Travis confessed to feeling star-struck and almost overwhelmed in the presence of so many big names.
Speaking on the podcast he said, “Some of the people you meet you’re like, I don’t know what I’m doing here. You’re unbelievable, your talent is unbelievable, and I’m just supporting my girlfriend!”
Travis spoke about his time in the Dublin, and mentioned trying a baby Guinness for the first time.
“And I got to have my new favourite dessert shot; a baby Guinness. I call it a dessert shot because I think it’s Baileys, Guinness, and maybe a little bit of whiskey. Ireland was fun, it showed us a good time.”
