It’s the weekend and you deserve a treat! And what better way to indulge than to enjoy some home baking that is gluten-free, vegan and only 2 SmartPoints per serving!
Chocolate and Banana Puddings

Ingredients
Calorie controlled cooking spray
4 ripe bananas
4 eggs
4 tbsp cocoa powder, plus extra for dusting
8 tsp Choc Shot
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 4. Mist 4 ramekins with cooking spray and set aside.
2. Blend the bananas, eggs and cocoa powder in a food processor until smooth.
3. Spoon half the mixture into the ramekins, then add 2 tsp Choc Shot to each. Top with the remaining banana mixture and put on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until risen and firm.
4. Remove from the oven, let stand for 2 minutes, then serve dusted with the extra cocoa powder.
